Where do you work?
We deliver projects across Lagos, Abuja and beyond, and we work with clients building from abroad through video walkthroughs and weekly reports.
Can you take on design only?
We do. You can take the concept, drawings and specification and build with your own contractor, or hand the whole thing to us.
How long does a project take?
A furnished room is typically 3–5 weeks. A full apartment fit-out with bespoke joinery runs 8–14 weeks depending on scope.
How is pricing structured?
A fixed design fee based on scope, then a transparent build and furniture budget you approve line by line before we order.
